Overview
Noonan syndrome-like disorder with or without juvenile myelomonocytic leukaemia (CBL syndrome) is an inherited predisposition to juvenile myelomonocytic leukaemia within the Noonan-syndrome spectrum. Neurological involvement is prominent, growth is reduced, and congenital heart disease occurs less frequently than in classic Noonan syndrome.
