PGx CYP450 drug response
Individual differences in cytochrome P450 enzyme activity are a common cause of variable drug response, from treatment failure to severe adverse effects. This panel analyses seven major CYP450 pharmacogenes CYP1A2, CYP2B6, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, CYP3A4 and CYP3A5 and reports genotype together with the corresponding metaboliser phenotype, where applicable. The included genes can be analysed either as part of the panel or individually for specific indications.
