DICER1 tumour predisposition syndrome (DICER1 syndrome) is a hereditary condition associated with an increased risk of multiple benign and malignant tumours, as well as additional clinical findings. Characteristic neoplasms include pleuropulmonary blastoma, ovarian sex-cord stromal tumours, cystic nephroma, multinodular goitre, and differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
