Overview
Hereditary paraganglioma-pheochromocytoma syndrome is an inherited tumour predisposition syndrome characterised by the development of catecholamine-secreting or non-secretory paragangliomas arising along the paravertebral axis and pheochromocytomas of the adrenal medulla, with an increased risk of multifocal, recurrent, and, in some genetic subtypes, metastatic disease.
