Loeys-Dietz syndrome (LDS) is an inherited connective tissue disorder characterised by aortic-root aneurysm, arterial tortuosity and craniofacial features, with a wide phenotypic spectrum from severe paediatric presentation to adult-onset thoracic aortic disease.
